Good but could be better
This product was really powdery at first but with moisturiser on top it becomes really oily. It did not breakout my oily skin. Not my favourite.

Great product
First time I used this vitamin c serum I felt a tingling feeling on my face. I forgot to read on the back. It said if you felt this, then you should mix it with hyaluronic acid. So when I did that it felt great. This product makes my skin feel very smooth and just great.

Too thick
It’s not a serum at all, it’s very thick and just sits on top of the skin rather than being absorbed. Haven’t really noticed a difference and just crumbles off throughout the day.Â

Vitamin C
This is a very thick paste so hard to apply the recommended pea sized amount over one’s face. While I was happy with the effect it had on my skin it has stained my right hand yellow.Â

Regret
Very disappointed with this product. I wouldnt refer to it as a serum but more a very crumbly and poorly made paste. Way to thick, doesnt really absorb not to mention its very difficult to spread just leaves a horrible finish on your skin. Honestly one of the worst vitamin C serums I've purchased. Save your money.

I like the finish
It's actually mattifying and reduces the pores for a while like a pore minimizer, then this effect goes away. It doesn't irritate my skin, though around my nose it's sometimes itchy. This was the only affordable serum with a high concentration. I was told under 15% it's not enough for my little scars. I'm glad I found this product.

Meh
Tried this as a second serum because the price was right - unfortunately here also the performance is a bit more reflective of the price. As other reviewers mentioned, it DOES pack a whallop of vitamin C, but the texture is quite chalky / pasty and leaves me feeling like I need a ton of moisture to compensate. Others although pricier are in my mind better value for money (although agree, appreciate non-water based and active).

Have added this into my daily skincare routine with Hyaluronic acid - noticed such a change to the texture of my skin even after 1 week of use! The addition of the acid helps to calm the tingling sensation, but this is such a great value product with noticeable results.
