Very good
I took those capsules for the first time during summer and they stopped the hair fall in around two weeks. I have started again in winter and I also seeing a great effet on the hair fall. Would not say it helps my hair grow faster though. I am only giving 4 stars because you need 3 capsules a day, to be taken in the morning and I only manage to take two.

While I did notice some hair growth, I can't say for sure if they made my hair noticeably thicker or denser. It's a bit uncertain in that regard. However, there's a significant inconsistency between the website's recommendation of using the pills for three months and the package's advice not to use them for more than six weeks without consulting a doctor. Due to this discrepancy, I've decided not to continue taking the pills beyond six weeks without seeking professional guidance. Safety is paramount when it comes to any supplement or medication.

I'm on my second bottle and it's actually working but you have to be consistent with taking it. I noticed loads of baby hairs and my hair definitely stopped falling out that much. Doesn't cause any side effects, like stomach ache or unpleasant aftertaste/burping, you can only notice that your pee becomes very yellow because of beta carotene.
