The Nue Co. is a supplement brand that uses highly effective, easily absorbed active organic ingredients to boost the body’s natural functions. A necessary electrolyte for proper hydration, magnesium also helps to hydrate the body, minimising tightness and cramping. Used medicinally for centuries, arnica oil is great for treating the pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, pains and sprains, while lavender oil imparts a blissful, tension-relieving scent. Three sprays will deliver 40 mg of magnesium absorbed through the skin, best sprayed directly onto areas of tension such as wrists, soles of feet, backs of knees of for general relaxation. Muscle Recovery
As a personal trainer, I exercise a lot and I have seen such an improvement in my muscle recovery time since using this magnesium spray. It's a great texture that blends in easily and isn't sticky - love the lavender oil in there too!

Great after workouts
I use this after workouts on any sore muscle areas and find that in the morning any soreness is gone. It's a great size so I can also travel with it and bring it to the gym with me

Magnesium Ease!
Great product, it's made a noticeable difference to my muscle recovery time post workout. Not only that, I pop this on in the evening when I get out the shower and it has really helped to improve my sleep!

Great for aches and pains
I bought this product as it was recommended in conjunction with the sleep drops which I also was purchasing.  I have back pain and also due to the menopause I have pains in my joints, my sleep is atrocious and I also get restless legs at times.  The magnesium ease has definitely made a difference.  I take the spray with me in my handbag and it has definitely helped me reduce the need for painkillers.  In combination with the sleep drops it helps me to get a better sleep than normal which is great.  My husband had a sore back sitting at the laptop all day and he couldn’t believe the difference when I put the magnesium ease on the sore area.  I know it’s expensive but I thoroughly recommend giving it a go.

Relaxed Muscles
I have been using magnesium ease every evening and have really noticed a difference in my sleep as it really helps my muscles to relax. Not only that, but my muscle recovery has be improved which is an added bonus!

Meh
The pump got broken after the second use and I ended up with lots of the product all over my hands and bottle. Not that stress-relieving. It says helping with muscle tension but I didn't feel any though my bf said it's working a bit. He also found a use of it when combined with massage and also the smell helps him de-stress at some point to fall asleep faster. 3/5 is still high, but I'm glad it wasn't a complete waste of money for me.
