Not sure if this works
I’d been having some stomach issues and I was told to get some prebiotics so I took these ones. Honestly I didn’t see much change.

No effect at all
No effect at all! I've tried many pre and probiotics and this one was a total disappointment for me, with zero effects in my gut, digestion or skin. Very disappointed as, seeing the brand and price range, I had great expectations.

The effect these have is not as significant as I would have hoped for this price point. They do seem to work a bit but have used others that seem to have a better influence at a lower price.

Seems to be doing something, but quite €€€
I bought these because of my IBS symptoms. There seems to be a slight difference since I started using them. But for the amount of money I paid for them. I'd have liked way more results/ feeling different. Honestly, I've tried different options which worked just as fine, if not better, for less.

Huge breakouts
This product has caused me to get the worst breakouts and the worst spots when I had clear skin before. I’m really close to finishing this and do not intend to buy again. No benefits seen.Â

Amazing Product!
Having tried several different brand's pro/prebiotics this is by far the best! I noticed that I am significantly less bloated after eating each day and that my digestion is much better only a week after starting these. I only wish that Cult Beauty provided the refills!

Best probiotics I tried
I have mild gastritis and IBS, and this supplement really helped with restoring my gut bacteria after a long course of antibiotics and deal with bloating and other digestive issues caused my IBS. On my 3rd jar.Love it!
