Not sure whether it’s effective
I used to take melatonin supplements to help me with falling asleep faster. I wanted to switch to something herbal thus tried these drops. The flavour is quite nice, but I did not realise much of a calming effect.

must have when days get hectic
I use these drops from time to time, especially when my day is very stressful. I like about these drops that they do not make me dizzy in the morning. I am quite sensitive to some sleep supplements and they make me feel tired the next day but these drops don't have that effect on me.

Doesn't help me fall asleep faster but helps me stay asleep and even if I wake up during the night I fall back asleep with no issues. One thing I've noticed is that I dream A LOT when I use these and also some days afterwards, and it can be a bit tiring. But all in all I really like the drops.

My boyfriend swears by this. I like it too, it tastes sort of herbal. We sleep calmer and wake up less, also we fall asleep a bit faster than normal. Overall I'd say we are more rested after a nights sleep.
