It doesn’t activate until you ‘tell it to’ by mixing it with your moisturiser or serum. The Nue Co. mixes L-ascorbic acid (a.k.a. pure vitamin C) with a plant-based antioxidant called ferulic acid. Both are reportedly proven to stimulate collagen production and fight sun damage and are enhanced with colloidal oatmeal and aloe vera to soothe and heal skin. As well as this, tapioca starch derived from the roots of cassava plants, colloidal oatmeal and aloe vera unite to exfoliate, soothe and heal skin. Like a daily dose of vitamin C for your skin, Topical – C is effortlessly easy to use: just dissolve 2-3 shakes in the palm of your hand with water or your favourite serum or moisturiser and apply to your face, neck and chest.
