Did not notice a major difference

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I did not notice a major difference after using this product, so I did not repurchase. It does feel nice on the skin though.

Finally what I was looking for

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have been using Vitamin C for a long time because of the silky feel. Vitamin C serums go bad very fast and oxidize. Finally I realised it is not the Vitamin C I like but the Ferulic acid that is giving me that silky feel on the skin. It hydrates and mosturizes and protects and does everything my maturing skin likes. I don't know how oily skin would react though - but my dry skin approves!

Beware

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

The first week of using the product was fine. I loved the way this made my skin look and feel. But, on week two, I started getting red splotches on my face a few minutes after putting this on. I did not change my skincare routine when I was using this. I really gave the product a shot because I kept using it with different toners/serums/moisturisers to make sure it is not reacting to any of the ingredients in the other products I use, but, no. And the splotches are itchy and take a long time to go away. Just be careful when using this.

Not for me

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have tried almost every one of The Ordinarys products, and for some reason this product just doesnt react well with my skin. I could only use a few drops mixed with my moisturizer/oil step before sunscreen. The ingredients and science behind this product sound lovely, so I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good layering product for extra protection and antioxidant action! B+

Good

Totally enjoy this one. The consistency is like dry oil, so I would layer this last if possible after the water based serum, and before the moisturiser. I did noticed slight improvement in my skin texture after one bottle.

Works well

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I thinks this works well, but not that good. I forget about this serum in my collection. Also it does feel to oily for my preference, because I put it under my moisturizer and after that my foundation. So I prefer something that really get's into the skin some more.

Bang for your money.

Nice product, duping some famous (and really expensive) ones. I notice when I use it and whey I skip it. If it's a bit too much for my skin (i.e. in summer), I just add one or two drops to my moisturizer.

Ok!

Was using drunk elephant vitamin c mixed with ferulic acid , which was a super light and thin formulation that I loved for my oily skin. I bought this to use with the ascorbic acid powder as a cheaper substitute and it’s great , it just feels a little oily and takes so long to sink in to skin before my spf which adds time n the morning and leaves my face feeling a little sticky. Otherwise a sound and cheap mixer for my favourite  ingredient .
