A blissful cocktail of therapeutic Himalayan mineral salts, powdered amethyst and essential oils of lemongrass, juniper and geranium; these pink crystals work to balance pH levels & positive/negative ions, to help the body establish equilibrium. The amethyst has a high mineral content, to heal and clarify problematic skin whilst counteracting the electro-magnetic energy we absorb from modern day gizmos. Add to this blood purifying and anti-inflammatory properties and discover that heaven is a bath soak.

Please be aware that these salts are not suitable for use during pregnancy. About two hours before you go to bed, place 1-2 cap-fulls under running water, to dissipate the essences into your bath. Soak for 10-15 minutes, then for maximum benefit don't rinse the salt residue after bathing - this helps your muscles to relax and rejuvenates your skin whilst eliminating toxins. These salts are a particularly good detoxifier if your body is under stress and promote cellular regeneration whilst preventing build up of the electro-magnetic energy we absorb through excessive computer and mobile 'phone use. Exactly as described

I enjoyed this bath salt and found it to be exactly as described. Felt like an elevated spa experience and definitely could feel the benefits in my skin. I would recommend it but I can’t really compare it to other similar products, so I don’t know if it’s better then others or not.

Expected more

It is a good bath salt, but for this price I was expecting more. It didn't help too much with insomnia. It smells nice and makes the skin soft after the bath.

Like most bath salts

No different to other bath salts I had high expectations from reading reviews but was disappointed. They smell nice but it does not last long. Â Definitely made no change to my sleeping. Â Expensive compared to other bath salts on the market that are just as good if not better .

A must for insomniacs

These salts are like magic! Soak for 20 minutes, curl up into bed and sleep like a baby. This is coming from a life long insomniac.

Bought these after r...

Bought these after reading such good reviews and thought I should add mine. I bathed in only a handful of these even though the package stated 'genorous' amount and it still worked. After a few hours I started feeling drowsy and sleepy. Had the best nights sleep and would recommend to anyone who struggled with sleeping.

I had serious diffic...

I had serious difficulty relaxing. I was suffering from anxiety and stress and then I remembered how much I had loved aromatherapy. Then I discovered Therapie products and I am so glad. These bath salts are amazing and helped me find a relaxation ritual. I also love the Therapie Calm Balm and Sleep Drops. Also when I contacted Michelle roque O'Neill for advice she replied to me really quickly.

Lovely bath product,...

Lovely bath product, extremely calming and a real treat to use. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but my twelve week old baby slept right through the night for the first time when I used these in my bath. Added bonus.

Quite a splurge prod...

Quite a splurge product however the smell is second to none, and it definitely means a good nights sleep. I was worried it would leave my skin feeling dry however I feel super soft after.

So the hype is true....

So the hype is true. I gave these a go not expecting them to work as I had heard from bloggers/youtubers etc. But they actually do! An hour or so after using these I find myself pulled into a deep sleep, without waking in the middle of the night at all. I do wonder if it is actually the effect of not using electronics and my phone for that hour, rather than the salts themselves, but either way I am not complaining and will repurchase. I find quite a lot needs to be used in each bath to make them really work, so the tub doesn't go a very long way, but if you're taking just one of these baths a week then they'll last a while.

These are the best b...

These are the best bath salts of all time! These are a guaranteed best night's sleep and they smell amazing, leaving your bathroom smelling out of this world. They are worth every penny!!
