Boost Hair & Body Wash (50ml)

Squeeze a grape-sized amount into the palm of your hand and wash your body while inhaling and exhaling deeply, so the aromatherapy essences have the chance to permeate your airways. For maximum benefit, apply using long strokes along the energy pathways; these run along the body, top to bottom along the arms, legs and torso. Repeat three times back and forth over each location to supercharge your day, increase circulation and boost clarity.

Himalayan Detox Salts (70g)

Please be aware that these salts are not suitable for use during pregnancy. About two hours before you go to bed, place 1-2 cap-fulls under running water, to dissipate the essences into your bath. Soak for 10-15 minutes, then for maximum benefit don't rinse the salt residue after bathing - this helps your muscles to relax and rejuvenates your skin whilst eliminating toxins. These salts are a particularly good detoxifier if your body is under stress and promote cellular regeneration whilst preventing build up of the electro-magnetic energy we absorb through excessive computer and mobile 'phone use. While soaking you can feel your body temperature rising above what it normally would in a bath and that feeling continues for a while after you leave the bathroom (the more stressed and blocked you are, the more you will feel this). Once your body temp feels back to normal, slumber down in bed and you'll find you get the most peaceful night's sleep ever!

Comfort Warming Rub (15ml)

Massage onto chest, or aching joints and muscles whenever you need relief from symptoms. Brilliant applied before bed, to help clear sinuses, relieve coughing fits and aid a deep, recuperative sleep.
