The best

It's a winner.
I've been on the hunt for a waterproof mascara that holds a curl on my long,stubbornly straight eyelashes. I need to use a heater curler and a mascara that will then hold.My holy grail,urban decay cannonball was discountued and I've bought so many and this works! It holds a curl, lengthens and gives a flutter fan effect. Yes it's hard to get off but, an oil based remover works like a charm.The only downside is the size of the brush, could be smaller as it is quite cumbersome. I tend to wipe the brush with a tissue before using and application is smoother.

Overrated
Yes, this mascara does lengthen and volumize but I have found many faults with it. The wand is very rigid and so it's difficult to apply without getting black smudges on your eye lids. As for the waterproof quality: I took this mascara on a round-the-world trip and can testify that water won't make it run; however, this also makes it very hard to remove without heavy-duty balms. In addition, it tends to create smudges under my eyes just from a few hours of wearing. Would not recommend unless you want to look like a zombie.

Good but broke
I loved this mascara and I highly recommend it the only thing is the top came off so I could see all the mascara inside I didn't do anything to try break it but when I first got it it started to lift up but I didn't know what it was so I left it and then I took the mascara wand out and the lid came of with it exposing all the inside and it isn't fixable so I had to throw it away.

Waterproof two faced mascara
Smudged very badly whilst at hairdressers appointment. Would not recommend as very difficult to remove even with correct remover. Not worth the money at all.

Currently my top mascara!
I purchased this mascara a few months ago and it has lasted me for ages, been using it nearly everyday ever since! However, of course, I will now need to buy a new. There are few good things about this mascara, firstly it most definitely is waterproof, you can walk in heavy rain (which I have done) or cry your eyes out and this mascara won’t budge. Second, it really does lengthen your lashes and darken them, someone with long eyelashes myself, wouldn’t need fake lashes. Third, it does not smudge, you just have to get the hang of applying the mascara. I normally use the technique of gentle streaks at first, then make sure it dries a little but not fully. Then apply properly as you would with a mascara, bumping the lashes and separating them. The formula is not too runny so does not cause smudging. Also the brush is one of the best applicators ever, you can really pick up all your lashes and work with it in different angles. One tip I’d highly recommend is to apply this after baking/setting with loose powder under the eyes, as it works really well that way. It lost one star only because it is quite drying (due to being a waterproof formula). I’m someone with dry eyes so I can feel it more. But overall this is one of the best mascaras out there, absolutely recommend anyone to purchase this (better than benefit bad gal).

Too faced
After using the classic version I thought waterproof would be 5/5 but this mascara smudges, its afwul. It makes great looking lashes but I am always black under my eyes and I've been using waterproof mascaras for 20y. Disappointed.

This mascara clumps more than any I have tried in a long while, and because of that it takes ages to apply. Won't be buying again.

cry-proof !!
honestly I've tried so many waterproof mascaras that have either a) made my lashes clumpy and ugly or b) not been waterproof and left me in a black smudgy mess. This one survives my crybaby ass daily and means I can have a full on meltdown in the loos at work & then walk out to the shop floor like a strong & cool bitch with no evidence of crying. Actually grateful for this mascara.

Great waterproof mascara
Great waterproof mascara! Does not smudge (believe me, it has survived many mental breakdowns!). Lengthens the lashes and gives volume. Couldn’t ask for anything else in a waterproof mascara.
