Better applied before any other product. Can be a bit intense tingling but I quite like it. Definitely does give your lips a plump up but obviously doesn't last for too long. That said I have bought this a few times now as I enjoy using it

I love this lip plumper!  I previously used the original one, but I think this one is better.  I use it in the night like a lip balm and it’s made such a difference.  My lips look plumper and smoother in a most natural way and that’s exactly what I was looking for.  I will definitely be repurchasing. Injection without the injection
I would agree with other reviewers here - this needs to be applied to bare skin to really see the results but it's perfect for anyone looking for a fuller pout without breaking the bank. I found it does sting quite a bit initially but after that fades away you're left with plumped, juicy luscious lips so I mean, the sting is well worth it for me. I also really appreciate the fact that it comes in a mini version so you can try it out before committing to the full size.

IMPORTANT: This DOESNT work if you already have a product on your lips. I tried it first after I'd just put on balm and nothing happened. I suggest completely wiping them clean of any product before use.I really love the effect this has on my lips. It plumps the perfect amount and also brings colour to my lips I always get compliments when I wear it. The only thing I will say is you have to be careful to apply it to your lips and not around otherwise it will get all red and irritated around.
