I love products from Tower 28. Bought it after hearing so much about these lip jellies and tinted balms. I liked their sheer lip jelly which works like a lip gloss. I put it over any matt lipstick to make it more hydrating so it doesn't crack my lips in winter. Perfect to glide on for that smooth glossy lips!
