I love products from Tower 28. Bought it after hearing so much about these lip jellies and tinted balms. I liked their sheer lip jelly which works like a lip gloss. I put it over any matt lipstick to make it more hydrating so it doesn't crack my lips in winter. Perfect to glide on for that smooth glossy lips! Not heavy to wear, no smear and no irritation on lips. Lasts long leaving your lips feeling soft.
