not for me

i am a big fan of uma oils! unfortunatelly, this oil mixture has one especially sweet underlying scent which i cannot tolerate.

It helps me sleep

I've been struggling to sleep through a hot summer, and hot flushes, but rubbing some of this on my heels and pulse points every night has stopped me waking up most nights, and when I do, I seem to fall back to sleep easily instead of lying awake for hours staring at the ceiling. It even helped my son who has always struggled to go to sleep to fall asleep more quickly. I highly recommend it and have already purchased a second bottle. It costs a lot, but if you value actually feeling relaxed and sleeping well, it really is worth it.

It was love at first sniff. Wellbeing is one of the fastest growing categories in the beauty industry right now, which makes sense; what’s the point in spending £££ on make up and hair care if your eyes are sunken and your strands are falling out from stress. Look after yourselves people, it brings a ‘sparkle’ to the skin that no amount of foundation can fake (ok, ok, except maybe Jouer’s Luminizing Moisture Tint). I love a ritual, this one takes seconds and the magical Ayurvedic formula of this Pure Calm Oil is like a natural valium. On a recent long-haul flight when I was using this before lights out, I had everyone around me trialing it after I was asked, ‘what are you doing and what is that glorious smell?'. You start by massaging 4 drops between your toes, this is one of the fastest topical routes to your bloodstream, then a couple of drops covers your wrist, temples and behind your ears, then finally – cup your hands over your mouth and breath in-and-out deeply 5 times. I defy anyone not to feel elated, grounded, supported and calm.
