Going on with a velvety finish, it sets into a waterproof block of colour that boasts impressive, crease-free staying power. Blends like a dream
This liner glides on smoothly like no other liner I ever tried before. Blends and smudges like a dream, literally. I like to take some product on a pencil brush to define and intensify the lower lash line. With a good eye base it lasts all day. Cocoa is the perfect dark brown. I will never be without in the winter months. I'm hooked! It performs on the same level as the Make Up Forever aqua resist waterproof liner in 02, which I can't do without in the summer months!

The best
I bought this liner in Cocoa. Wanted to see what all the fuzz is about. Went in with low expectations and fell for it HARD! Now I'm in love with an expensive liner. The colour is the perfect brown. The glide and colour payoff is unbelievable. Nothing for the girls who want this really sharp line. It is more the smoke it out kind of type.

Cocoa dura tutto il giorno , nessuna matita in vita mia dura così tanto all’interno dell’occhio! Mai più senza I have tried several pencils from different brands but the Della Victoria ones are the best ever! Burgundy and Cocoa are my favorites! Cocoa lasts all day, no pencil in my life has lasted so long! A must-have.
