I couldn't wait to get this powder, since I finished my old one and I also wanted to try something new. When I finally received it, I realised that it was broken and in million pieces. I contacted CB customer service and they immediately sent me a new one. It would be totally ok, if they would send just a refill, but no - I got the new one. Very kind of CB! The powder itself is quite pigmented and very nice on my oily-combo skin. I am very satisfied with it. Not to mention the refill option. Perfect!
