It said to use it before bed but I was so hyper I could not sleep the whole night. Will use not at lunch time. Tastes a bit funny, not your best cacao ever for sure.

Don't make the mistake of following the instructions and mixing the powder with water! When mixed with milk or a milk alternative, it creates a really smooth and delicious drink. I love the added cinnamon, but if you're not a fan you should avoid, as the flavour is very prominent.

I quite enjoy a hot cup of this hot cacao mix in the evening and I find it soothing and relaxing. I give it 4 stars, as it is not exactly a hot cacao mix, the cacao is very feint, the cinnamon is almost as strong as the cacao and it is not really sweet, I mix it with warm almond milk and really like the taste and find it great for the evening, but there should be more cacao and more sweetness to it in order to be a proper hot cacao mix.

I just received mine and decided to try it in my coffee, as I’ve heard you can also do this. I feel much calmer and the taste is better than I expected. I will try it with just hot water before bed and see how it tastes. I will be buying more! :)
