Bio Brightener Invisible Powder: 1. Use W3LL PEOPLE Professional Kabuki Brush.

2. Dip brush tip into jar and collect a 10p-sized amount of powder, then work the product evenly into bristles by swirling the brush in the make up cap.
3. Use confident, downward strokes moving from the outside in. May be be used by itself, or to set W3LL PEOPLE Altruist Mineral Foundation or Narcissist Stick Foundation.
