Handmade in Europe and designed to suit low-energy, over-active minds and aching bodies, this large mat is inspired by the acupressure practices of ancient Chinese wellness traditions. Already acclaimed in the industry, it’s been awarded the Best Acupressure Mat title in the prestigious Vergleich products Awards Germany 2016, 2017 and 2018 and again in 2019, 2020 on Kaufberaterio. It’s made from 6534 food-grade plastic nails and high-grade viscoelastic memory foam to act as a form of acupressure: helping the body to release endorphins and oxytocin and make pressure adjustment simple and easy. Endorphins are the body's natural 'happy hormone' and oxytocin helps to alleviate tension and leave you feeling calm and relaxed yet energised (you can be both at the same time)!

RELAX
It is light, good for relax, after 5-10 min I fell asleep on it. It is sharper than "bed of nails", a little bit hard to use directly on skin, but with a light shirt is fine for sleeping

Been loving this product. Initially when I started using it, I couldn't even last few minutes, now I can lie on it for a good 10 minutes or so. It takes away my back, shoulder pain. I suffer from spine degeneration, and nerves pinched causing constant pain. I had tried to use this mat on my calves, it didn't work out well. But as a normal mat it is very effective.
