AM Routine:
- Deep clean with Superfood Cleanser.
- Follow with 2-4 pumps of Energy Serum and finish with Superfood Moisture Cream to brighten and lock in hydration.
- (Top off with your favourite SPF.)
- Twice a week, start your ritual by gently massaging Energy Facial onto clean, wet skin. Leave on for two minutes. Rinse and continue the routine.
PM ROUTINE
- After cleansing, gently pat Dream Eye Cream around the eyes.
- Add a few drops of Dream Oil to Superfood Moisture Cream and massage into skin before heading into dreamland.

Great to try the products out
I thought this was really good value and a great way to try all the products before committing to purchasing the full sizes. I loved the moisturizer, caffeine solution and resurfacing facial. The eye cream and oil are great sizes for the price and last ages. I wouldn't repurchase the cleanser as it didn't work for my skin, but I think that is down to my skin type rather than the product. Overall a great set for the price and also fantastic for traveling with due to the sizes. Would definitely recommend!

Great way to try the brand for a reasonable price
I always prefer to buy a mini-size first if it's possible and here is the whole routine in mini size 😁 I am currently using cleanser, moisturizer and an eye cream and like them all. So if you want to try Youth to the People, I highly recommend this set 😉

Great way to try the products
I really like trial sizes, as it is the best way to try products. I had already received the full size moisturiser in a beauty bag in really liked it. I also like the cleanser, but it is not so easy to get out of the small glass bottle. the full size has a pump, so i will probably be buying the full size of that one. However, I actually prefer the travel sizes and they are big enough. I took the whole set with me on a one week trip and used the products every day, and there is definitely enough product left for another two or 3 weeks.

A great way to test YTTP products
When I ordered the Youth To The People "Youth To The System" -set, I already knew I loved their Superfood Cleanser. After testing all the products in this set, I found another love and holy grail - the Superfood Air-Whip Moisture Cream. The others weren't necessarily for me, but I am still happy to use them up as they're small. The vitamin C serum was a bit too sticky for me, the Yerba Mate Facial a bit too scratchy and the Eye Cream a bit too thick for my liking. The Glow Oil I do like but don't love. Remains to be seen if I will repurchase that one.

I really like the cleanser and the moisturizer is great for more oily skin , really lightweight and absorbs quickly (I prefer the adaptogen for my skin now but this one is amazing too and I used it in the past). The vitamin c serum feels really fresh and gave a more energized. The eye cream is really hydrating and lightweight and feels amazing but it didn’t help with dark circles unfortunately. The Yerba matte was the only product that didn’t work for my skin (I used it but it was little harsh for my skin). The oil was a really nice surprise , lightweight for this type of product and really help my skin looking better without causing acne. I think it’s an amazing option for those who want to try this brand.
