Bad reaction
I ended up covered with spots after using this mint cream for a month. Initially I thought my skin was “purging” thanks to the acid, so I stuck with it. A few weeks later, I was still breaking out! I think something in this doesn't agree with my skin.

Not remarkable
This cream is okay. I haven't really seen the same results as other reviewers though, which is a real shame. I find this really tingly on my face, which is unusual as I use acids regularly and they don't bother me. This also makes my face super super shiny, even when I wake up. I don't know if it's somehow encouraging oil production (I don't have oily skin though). I just can't work it out. The smell... I just can't get used to it. It smells of off milk, which is the lactic acid I guess, which isn't pleasant. It wouldn't be a deal breaker if the cream performed really well, but it's just not blowing me away. I'll finish the bottle but I won't repurchase.

Best yet
Have never really felt compelled to write a review until trying the January Labs line, and quite ironic as I nearly sent this night cream back thinking the smell of it was a bit off. However was told that it has a slightly unusual smell and that it was perfect normal, so I continued on with it, literally within the first two days my skin felt different, so so smooth. I have the night and day cream and although I love the day cream too the night cream is outstanding, will not be without it now, worth every penny.

Lush and nice night cream
This is a cream that really sits well on my dehydrated skin, over other products or on its own. I really like the ingredients list. And how smoothing and lustre giving it is. It is richer in texture than the day cream and lotion. A real treat for drier aging skin I think. And in this price range it is really great for me.

Love it!!!!
My second order and I will keep ordering. I love it! Great texture, love the smell and most importantly love what it does to my skin. Truthfully the first time I used it I wasn't sure. It really burned and turned me bright red. But, stubbornly I kept using it and I am so glad I did. Now, no more burning or redness, just glowing skin. Can't wait to try the day cream and mask.

Love it
I was hesitant trying this since I have super sensitive skin. The first night it burned quite a bit and turned me bright red and I thought there is no way I can continue using it. However, wanting to really try it I used it again the following night, this time with just a slight tingle. Now, ten days into using this night cream, I absolutely love it. There is no more burning or redness and i wake up with a glow. I love the texture and smell as well. I actually look forward to putting it on my skin every night.

Good cream but piles a bit if used too much
Good cream that is worth the money - makes my skin glow in the morning and moisturizes it as well. It does "Eat away at dead skin cells" like what other people have said but again I does peel off if you accidentally pump a lot of it out and put it on your skin. I will re-purchase this as it is one of the better and effective night creams I have used. Use this if you want something that exfoliates gently and moisturises.

My new favorite product
This cream is AMAZING. I have the most turbulent, red, acne-prone, and oily skin so I am always very nervous about trying new products. This, however, is a game-changer. I wake up in the morning with glowy skin and reduced redness. My acne scars are also noticeably diminished. As another reviewer mentioned, the smell is not great but it's definitely still worth buying!

Woke up and "OMG"
I've never used a night cream which made me squeal "OMG" in the morning. Skin was plumper, hydrated, more even, cystic acne was reduced...amazing!

The product that let me go foundation-free.
If you want to wake up every morning, look in the mirror and feel confident enough to go without foundation, you NEED to get your hands on this product. Where many retexturising creams use glycolic acid, January Labs use a nature-derived form of lactic acid; providing all the same glow-inducing, flaw-fixing benefits - without the accompanying heightened-sensitivity and dry skin that can follow glycolic. Not only was my skin INCREDIBLY even (blemish marks faded and redness eradicated), my pores were tighter and skin uber-glowy. I basically felt like Olivia Culpo (minus the banging brows and overall model-worthy features). Thank you January Labs, you game-changers!
