Good texture and may have effect in long term
I applied this oil when I still have acne. Good texture, not oily at all and absorb quickly into my skin. I believe it has long term affect if I keep using it. But considering my acne problem, I gave it to my mom who has dry skin. I think it suits her better.

Wonderful evening oil
I really enjoy this retinoil oil. It has some kind of herbal smell, but I really enjoy it. I have an evening rutine when I rub few drops into palms and first of all inhale the aroma of the oil and then gently put it on my face. I love the feeling afterwards, my skin became very smooth. Though I would use a light moisturiser afterwards.

Feels good on the skin but no mind blowing results
This product definitely screams luxury and it feels really great on the skin. I use it with a just light cream in the evening and never noticed any purging of the skin. The price is a little high but the bottle lasts a really long time since you only need a few drops. Although I feel like it locks in moisture and leaves my skin feeling good I have not seen any other result that you may want from a retinol product.

Not for me
I tried this oil when I was much younger but couldn't get through the purging face. This time around I was looking to brighten my complexion, soften first signs of ageing and remove any clogged pores. For the past three months my skin has been worse than it has been in all my 20s, so I've had to admit that this is not a purging, my skin really does not like this product. I've had deep pimples along my jawline develop in clusters. Otherwise, the effects on the rest of my skin (forehead etc.) has been lovely. But I've had to give this up. Be warned, you might suffer purging!

I honestly could not see any difference in a small amount of fine lines, after I have been using this oil for 2 months. Yet, the face looked nice, pores less visible, the colour more even. I should say that it might irritate skin, even if you use it 1-2 times per week. And the smell :) Not everyone will like it
