I use this every as a pick me up at noon since often my lunch is often so late and I love it. It tastes great!! It’s very nutritious. I’m a fan of the brand !

Great supplement for your overall digestive health and therefore beneficial to the rest of your body so that you can physically function to your best. Great for your metabolism and for getting some good nutrients so that you can have a stronger immune system. This is also good if you are on the run or have a busy lifestyle or just forget prioritizing your health. It is a good way to take care of yourself a little better and it can help promote healthier eating habits. It will also help with your skin and hair but it cannot replace exercise and drinking lots of water and eating veggies and fruits and having a good skincare routine and getting enough sleep / rest. I recommend!

I can't talk about the results because U have only takes this for about a month. I have bought it with the vanilla flavour and I don't like the taste at all.

Favourite protein drink. I mix it with protein milk after the gym. I put it in the nutribullet and it makes a nice milkshake 

I use protein milk and a scoop of this, put them in the nutribullet and you have a really nice chocolate milk shake with 40g protein. It tastes great
