Apply a few drops to a clean, dry scalp in the evening, ideally at bedtime, and massage in thoroughly. This formula is a leave-in treatment. Do not wash hair or scalp after application, although you may wish to wash your hair the next day to remove residue.

It started working
This is my 3rd bottle. And I finally see baby hairs and fly aways of about 3-4 cm, which interestingly correspond to +- the time I started using it regularly. I have been using it twice a week the night before washing to avoid the little sticky feeling it can create on the scalp. So fully intend to continue using it further. Not the most pleasant effect after application (I have rather sensitive skin), but on the other hand much less irritating for me than e.g. serums with exfoliants like lactic acid.

Use properly for results
I've already liked it on the first try. You have to use it on a clean and dry scalp to obtain an optimal result. For a healthier, denser and fuller looking hair, will recommend to use it at night, before sleeping. I'll use only few drops (1 drop at each section, that will be around 10 drops in total), obviously on my clean and dried scalp. Then I'll use a scalp massager to massage my scalp and let it fully absorb it, or just use your warmed fingertips and massage all in. Later on, I'll wrap all my hair in a cotton hair towel, and leave it on until morning. You can do all of these steps in the morning if you do have the time, but remember to keep the hair towel on for at least 30mins/1h before going out or before styling.

It's average product. I find it sticky for my hair, tends to make the hair oily. I wouldn't say there much difference othe Ethan it gives some thickening effect.
