Facial routine:

Neck massage - stroke upwards, from throat to jawline, three times on each side.

Cheek rotation - starting with your fingertips under your eyes, adjacent to your nose, sweep up and out towards your ears then down along your jawline to your chin. Repeat six times.

Eye circles - circle your eyes from the inner corners, up and out along the brow bone then along your cheekbone back to where you started. Repeat six times.

Forehead stroke - alternating your hands, stroke your forehead horizontally six times.
