A powerful resurfacing, revitalising triple-action treatment, Peter Thomas Roth’s Pumpkin Enzyme Mask stars nature-derived pumpkin enzymes to ‘digest’ dulling dead surface skin cells, alongside alpha hydroxy acids and aluminium oxide crystals to instantly enhance radiance, refine skin texture and unify uneven skin tone. With a sweet, warming scent (think cinnamon-spiced pumpkin pie) this quick-fix mask wages three-pronged attack on loss of lustre – enzymatically eliminating pore-clogging surface debris which can compromise skin’s light-reflective capabilities – and ‘peeling’ thanks to AHAs, which melt the ‘glue’ that binds the uppermost layer of cells to skin’s surface and in turn, encourage repair and renewal processes. Aluminium oxide crystals – the same crystals used in microdermabrasion – then polish dulled skin to perfection; stimulating circulation and purifying pores to leave your complexion looking flawless with a luminous glow and velveteen softness. Be warned - skin may look red immediately after use, but this should soon dissipate to reveal incredibly soft, luminous skin.
Water, Aluminum Oxide, Glycerin, Cucurbita Pepo (Pumpkin), Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Ascorbic Acid, Tocopherol, Lactobacillus/Pumpkin Ferment Extract, Retinyl Palmitate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Edta Edetate Discodium Dihydrate USP, Methyl Eugenol, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Phenoxyethanol.

For the "T"
On my combo skin I find this gingerbread smelling mask excellent for "the T", but way to harsh for my cheeks. in conclusion: if you need a good peel - then this is perfect :)

Best mask for acne scars
I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, but this has done wonders to my skin, I'm 21 years old and have been suffering with acne on and off and have quite a lot of hyper-pigmentation. I've been using this for a month now and this has done wonders to my skin, it has cleared out most of my acne scars and has made my skin texture even and smooth. I practically don't get as many breakouts and my foundation goes on so smoothly. For best results I would recommend doing this mask then next day let your skin breath without any makeup on whatsoever. You'll see way better result trust me. However as a disclaimer it does not help with calming down any breakouts it is only good for clearing up whats after that.

Amazing
I've finished an entire jar of this stuff and I'm ready to order another. I use this mask once a week and when I wake up the next day, my skin is smoother and and brighter looking. The jar lasted me a whole year with weekly usage, so I think that this it's priced fairly. My skin is usually sensitive, but it doesn't react negatively at all to this product. It does sting for about 30 seconds when I first put it on, but it's not bad and fades quickly. Love it.

Burned my face
I used this mask only twice. The first time everything was fine, my skin was left smooth and kind of resurfaced. The second time was a nightmare though. I have no idea what have gone wrong as I've done exactly the same as I was doing the first time, but it burned my face. When I washed it off I was left with flushed cheeks and a general "hot" feeling on my face. I put some moisturiser on and went to sleep. What I woke up to the next day was a nightmare. My face was very rough and I had a burning feeling. It has also changed colour slightly and became darker. I applied TONS of moisturiser every day for a week and avoided any products with acid/peeling etc. Got my usual skin back after using a mild face scrub (not a chemical one). After this experience I won't be using this mask again which is a shame considering it's cost. Have chemical peels done by professionals, people!

Overpriced for results
I decided to try this mask as my skin was tired and dry. After reading the reviews I decided I would splurge and buy it. After trying it for a while I have to say that it is overpriced for the results I have experienced. I followed the instructions and hoped that it would at least leave my skin softer if nothing else for the expensive price tag. Disappointedly it has made no difference, I will not buy it again .

The Sting is worth it!
Heard a few good things about this mask so decided to bite the bullet despite the high price tag but it is 100% worth it. My skin is super oily and congested but I do also get some dry patches and a tonne of blackheads. After 1 use of this mask my skin looks radiant and felt super smooth. When you first apply and rub it in (read the directions! It is applied differently to most masks) you do get an intense sting/burn which is intense but this only lasts 2 or 3 mins and then settles plus you only have the mask on for about 10 minutes so despite it not being the most relaxing of masks it honestly works.

Lives up to the hype
I have a rollercoaster opinion about this product; the stinging was very intense in my first use and it was quite unbearable but it petered out. Granted that I'm a regular user of acids (Pixi, P50 etc.) and can usually handle most stinging, this almost freaked me out. I followed up using the PTR Cucumber Gel Masque (to not much success) and the skin above my forehead was peeling even though I had only left it on for 5 mins and did a gentle exfoliation much like what other reviewers have recommended so. I was more gingerly with it during subsequent uses and found that it was amazingly with an intensely hydrating mask after (i.e: Origins Drink Up Intensive, PTR Blue Marine Algae) and my face felt so smooth, supple and just glowy. So surprised by the effects as I was expecting it not to work. It's not going to blow your mind but just subtly impress you.

In love
Skin type: Combination dehydrated I received this in a 50ml size as part of a gift set for a birthday present and have used it about 5 times already. Firstly I would say this is good value for money as my 50ml looks untouched as you only need the thinnest layer as its potent stuff. I think I'll get another 15 uses out of it so the full size is probably going to last somebody a year using it twice weekly. My skin feels brand new after using it and I feel like my skin properly absorbs whatever I put on it next. The only thing that I don't love is the smell, it's sort of earthy with a hint of cinnamon but as its only on my face for 5 mins I can live with that!

Life changing
This mask is changing my life! Before getting this I used the glamglow masks. They were good in that they kept things from getting worse. This mask however is fixing problems I have had for 10+ years. I have always had clogged pores all over my T-zone and nothing has helped. From first use of this mask I noticed a huge improvement and with continued use there are continued improvements. The tub is big and will last ages so overall it is going to save me a fortune too! It hurts when it goes on and for about 3 minutes but it is so worth it! I use it for 5 minutes, 3 times a week. This is by far the best mask I have ever used.

Best skincare line - oily, blemish prone, congested skin types
I haven't left a review in my life, ever! But I honestly feel obliged to regarding the whole Peter Thomas Roth skincare line. Being in the beauty industry I have tried Clarins, La Mer, you name it - I have probably tried it. This line is different. You notice immediate results. Results which then continue to get better and better to the point I can't see myself ever going back to/trying anything else. I have very sensitive skin, blemish prone and oily. I have used prescribed topical medications for spots previously. And as per other reviews if you can get past the initial 2-3 minute active phase, (I plead you do!) you will be over the moon you have. Another mask which is beyond brilliant is the "Therapeutic Sulfur Mask", hopefully Cult take this one on board in the future. Can't big this brand up enough. If you aren't bothered about how products smell but rather what they do (the whole purpose), you are going to adore the results. Another huge advantage these masks have is the cost per use aspect. Paint on with a foundation brush to ensure you aren't being excessive and these will easily last for 9-12 months. And that is based on using 2-3 times a week. 10/10!! Actually wrote a letter to the marketing dept. at PTR thanking them for creating this brand and giving me the best skin I have had since I was 14/15 years old. I am 24.
