All good beauty obsessives worth their salt know the importance of applying SPF each and every morning (yes, even when it's cloudy!). But how many of you are remembering to reapply throughout the day? Supergoop!'s (Re)setting 100% Mineral Powder SPF 30 offers a simple, easy-to-use solution for on-the-go SPF touch ups - while also offering all the skin-blurring, perfecting and mattifying power of a finishing powder, locking make up in place without even a hint of cakiness.
If your biggest gripe with SPFs is that they leave your skin feeling greasy, the multitasking (Re)setting 100% Mineral Powder SPF 30 from Supergoop! will give your skin the protection you need without the unwanted shine.
A generous swoop of this powder sets your makeup, mattifies your skin and offers broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays. This mineral sunscreen uses non-nano particles, which are unable to penetrate your skin. Instead, they create a physical block against UV rays, scattering and reflecting the sun's rays in the process. The best part? This innovative formula makes reapplying your SPF over make up through the day a breeze: simply tap, tap, tap in this setting powder and offer your skin effective protection without sacrificing your hard work.

Really good mattifying powder
I do not usually leave reviews, but this time I felt this product deserves at least a good one. I don't love the packaging, as I am not sure yet how I am to clean the brush. It gets dirty quickly as a makeup brush would, so it would be unsanitary to keep using it like this until I finish the powder. But the powder, oh wow, it's all I was looking for. I know the SPF in it it's not enough to be used as the sole protection against the sun, but I use it over another mineral sunscreen that tends to be a little greasy. And it's easy to reapply it over the makeup throughout the day. And the best part is it really keeps my t-zone shine-free.

Save your money, get an actual SPF.
I gave this product the benefit of the doubt as I was looking into its formulation and checking data on SPF powders, so would there be suitable way to measure and use/apply this product throughout the day and still get the desired amount of protection on top of existing SPF? The answer is no. This isn’t oily skin friendly - and not in the way you think - my brush started CLUMPING. Mixing in with my existing sunscreen on my face and oils and creating annoying clumps/buildup on some bristles would already be an indication that would be unsanitary as anything - like make up brushes that aren’t cleaned regularly. And by the way this product is designed packaging wise? It doesn’t seem practical to do so. Just stick to finding the right kind of SPF to reapply daily? e.g a sunblock, stick or spray. This just isn’t worth the money, let alone the impracticality.

White cast
Leaving white cast on face, very powdery. I really wanted to like this product but will end up on the bin. Very little product also for the money. Packaging is great hence the 2**.

Interesting
It's the first time I'm buying an spf powder, I was annoyed at the beggining by the packaging, but after removing the stick inside the brush, I discovered a decent formula, not too powdery, not showing on my skin, it's fine apllying over makeup throughout the day, it does a good job stopping oilyness. It's not the finest powder but for an spf I would say it's great. I don't know if I will ever repurchase again.
